Optometrist

Dr. Chan is licensed to diagnose and treat eye infections and other ocular emergencies. Dr. Chan studied biology at the University of California at Riverside. He continued his Optometric training at the Southern California College of Optometry, Where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Science in 1988, and a Doctor of Optometry degree in 1990.

Dr. Chan has been in solo practice since 1991. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages. His practice philosophy has always been to give personalized professional service.

As the son of a career Air Force colonel, Dr. Chan had the opportunity to live all over the world. He was born in Los Angeles, California and he lived in Germany for 6 years and in Guam for 2 years. All of his world travels lead him to settle in the San Diego area.

In his free time, Dr. Chan enjoys surfing, and hiking.
